Registration
Register for ACF 2025 Now
Registration for the 2025 Adaptive Climbers Festival (Oct. 16-19) is now open. It will be open through Aug. 1, 2025, or when ACF receives 150 submitted participant forms, whichever comes first. A waitlist will open after 150 tickets are sold, or on Aug. 2. Registration fills up quickly, so please register promptly.
Important Information
Registration fees
The fee to attend the festival is $35 for festival participants (aka climbers with disabilities). This covers your education, food, and accommodation fees. Scholarships, including travel scholarships, are available for adaptive climbers.
Caregivers are $35. All other plus ones are $45.
Scholarship options are available for adaptive climbers only.
Payment will be required at the end of the registration form.
Participant ages
ACF is open to all ages, but please note that all aspects of the festival are currently planned and designed with adults in mind. If you are an adaptive climber under the age of 18, you are not allowed to attend the festival without a parent or legal guardian present.
Guests and plus ones
In order to make sure we have enough space, food, and gear for adaptive climbers, we have important policies on plus-ones. Please read the following carefully.
Plus-One Rules:
There are two categories of plus ones: caregivers and immediate family members
A climber/participant must invite caregivers and/or plus ones through the registration form. They cannot register on their own. Those who are invited will receive an email with a payment request.
All plus ones must register and pay a registration fee. No exceptions. Caregivers are $35. Immediate family members are $45.
Definition of a caregiver: Someone who can assist the climber with mobility and/or personal tasks. This is someone who's traveling with an adaptive climber to help them out. This also include parents of adaptive climbers under the age of 18.
Who is an immediate family member? A significant other. Your mom. Your kiddo. Someone you're related to that you want to show off your climbing skills to.
Plus ones are not allowed to register for clinics and educational opportunities. These are designed for adaptive climbers, by adaptive climbers. If an adaptive climber needs assistance from a caregiver, that person is allowed to attend the clinic, but only to help the climber and not participate. Some of our climbing spaces have very limited physical space to hang out, and our instructors and guides may ask immediate family members to leave if they're hanging out.
Volunteering
Volunteers are accepted through an application process. Visit our volunteer page for more.
Clinics and boot camp
We will be offering an ACF boot camp for experienced adaptive climbers who are looking to sharpen their skills. The three-day climbing experience (followed by a volunteering day) will be held prior to the main festival.
